The fourth and final book of the Introductory Series Human Factors in Business shares concepts and models how best to motivate ourselves and others in business. Hans Kopruch has made use of well-established and recognised models, frequently from the field of Transactional Analysis, but also other psychological theories, concepts and ideas, to “translate” them into the business context.
We strongly recommend to first read the other three volumes of the series, since the concepts described in this book are based on models described earlier. The Advanced Series “translates” the human factors concepts into typical business situations.
