a guide to recognising and handling stress in self and others
This second of four books of the Human Factors in Business Introductory Series builds on the first volume, ‘personality’ and introduces a number of tools to identify and manage stress in business. Hans Kopruch has made use of well-established and recognised models, frequently from the field of Transactional Analysis, but also other psychological theories, concepts and ideas, to “translate” them into the business context.
We recommend to read this book after completing ‘personality’ and before volumes 3 and 4 of the series, since the other books of the Introductory Series build on earlier models. The Advanced Series “translates” the human factors concepts into typical business situations.
