This is the third book of the Introductory Series Human Factors in Business. The book outlines methods and tools to communicate effectively in a variety of situations and with a diverse group of personalities. Hans Kopruch has made use of well-established and recognised models, frequently from the field of Transactional Analysis, but also other psychological theories, concepts and ideas, to “translate” them into the business context.
We recommend to read the first two books of the series before embarking on ‘communicate’. They build the foundation for this book. The Advanced Series “translates” the human factors concepts into typical business situations.
