This first of four books of the Human Factors in Business Introductory Series lays the foundation for the understanding of what makes us different as people. Hans Kopruch has made use of well-established and recognised models, frequently from the field of Transactional Analysis, but also other psychological theories, concepts and ideas, to “translate” them into the business context.
We recommend to read this book first, since other books of the Introductory Series build on those models to enhance the understanding of human factors in business. The Advanced Series “translates” the human factor concepts into typical business situations.
